"Martial Arts was something that I was always interested in but never pursued.
I vowed that one-day I would enroll my son in a martial arts class. After visiting many studios, and talking to several people, Glendora Kajukenbo was recommended. After meeting Grand Master Doug Bunda, the choice was obvious. Since starting, I have noticed many positive changes in my son, I.E. self-confidence, academics, Etc. Soon I was coaxed into attending the adult classes, and as it turns out, I'm really enjoying myself. At the end of the day we both walk away with a feeling of self-confidence, lessons learned, comradery, and the Ohana spirit."

"I joined a health club, but I only went 2 or 3 times, I just didn't have the motivation needed to be on a treadmill or lift weights. So, I thought of Martial Arts as a way to not only lose weight and get in shape, but to learn valuable skills in self defense. I haven't been here very long, but I can already see and feel a difference in my legs."
